As the new school season begins so does another type of class, dancing! Ryla started dance lessons this week at Colorado School of Dance. She is taking the Pre-Tap and Ballet class which includes 20 minutes of tap lessons and 20 minutes of ballet lessons each week. There are 8 other girls in her class and she is already making new friends.Ryla was so excited to go to her first class. She especially loves wearing her tap shoes. She calls them her clicky shoes and loves to "practice" on our floors at home. She has even learned how to say "ta-da" with her arms in the air after performing for us.
Her dance school has mid-season review for the parents and an annual recital in June that she will perform in with her classmates. The recital is held at Chaparral High School. It looks like it will be an exciting dance year that we are looking forward to experiencing.

Oh how cute! It must be fun to see Ryla having a great time with all those little girls at dance class.
